As Director of JTEC Training Ltd, I have built a reputation for delivering high-quality training, consultancy, and workforce development solutions that create measurable impact. My expertise spans project management, leadership and management, apprenticeships, employability programmes, business development, and organisational performance improvement.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multi-million-pound programmes, developed strategic partnerships with employers, government agencies, and training providers, and supported thousands of learners and professionals in developing the skills and confidence needed to succeed. I am passionate about helping people unlock their potential, whether through professional qualifications, leadership development, or career progression.
